Its services primarily address defense and homeland security; energy; environment and infrastructure; and health, human services, and social programs markets. ICF International has operations in the United States, Brazil, Canada, India, Russia, and the United Kingdom. The company was founded in 1969.

A recent IPO on the scene, ICF already boasts a 156% revenue growth from the previous year. Just within the period that they have been publicly traded, ICF has reported 7 new contracts worth $128,900,000. Additionally, the company announced on October 19th that they were selected as part of the Housing Program Management Services contract for the State of Louisiana's Office of Community Development (OCD) which is currently funded for $756,000,000.

ICF has a foothold in the industry and is quickly moving up the list toward being the market leader. With already more than 1,800 employees, the company discusses the hiring of even more people to fulfill already received contracts on the conference call.
